Patsy Thompson Designs, Ltd. makes tax-free, discounted sales offerings available to all qualified parties. Wholesale Reseller applicants must operate a licensed business and must be holders of a valid state or locality tax license or permit, and where applicable, a US Federal Tax ID.
Becoming an approved Wholesale Reseller enabled to purchase our products tax-free at a significant discount is a two step process.
- Submit a new Customer Registration Form with all applicable information correctly entered.
Be sure to tick the Apply for Wholesale Reseller Account checkbox! Once submitted, your online application for a Wholesale Reseller account will be placed on hold.
- In addition to this online membership sign-up form, compliance with sales tax law requires Patsy Thompson Designs, Ltd. to have a photocopy of your vendor’s license on file for our records. This copy may be faxed to us in the US at 419-868-7426 or sent via snail mail to:

Once we have received and verified your information, your online store login will be adjusted to allow visibility to our wholesaler incentives!
Please note: Individual wholesale purchase must include a minimum order of at least $75.00, and all sales are final with no returns accepted.
