Something for the Die Hard Machine Quilters
Sometimes, you guys make me chuckle. Since I put up that first post about learning machine embroidered applique, I have received 2 very distinct kinds of emails:
1. Emails from folks who know how to machine embroider who all say “Go for it, you’ll love this and you have no idea what a great adventure you’re beginning!” and
2. Emails from folks who are die hard machine quilters who say “Come back to our side; we’ve lost you forever!”
Honestly, I’m not going anywhere! But, I feel like maybe I’ve let my machine quilting buddies down, so to prove I’m still a free motion quilter at heart, here are some photos of some new quilting designs I’ve been playing with:
(Although the design above looks very similar to “Plumify It,” it’s different!)
See…I told you I’d be posting a lot this week!
sigh……… so pretty 🙂
That first one is great! And so unique!
Ahh… there’s the Patsy we know and love! LOL. I’m with you… all the way! Who says you can’t do it all? 🙂 LOL
Love those designs, beautiful ideas for a quilt.
I like all types of quilting, so fun to see what you do and be inspired to try new things.

I like these new designs. A new video in the making?
Patsy, These are wonderful. I especially like the first one–reminds me of what I call the “Igloo” that I’ve tried unsuccessfully to master. Yours is a variation, going to a central point, which inspires me. Thanks for the designs!
Oh–thank goodness. Great designs.
They are great quilting designs, looks like you are still having fun quilting!
Stunning. Truly Stunning.
