Templates, Rulers a Sale and an Upcoming Change to our Store!

At Patsy Thompson Designs, we value our customers and wish to be responsive to suggestions and requests. We’ve been offering significantly discounted pricing in our online store, but have heard from many customers that free shipping is more of a value than discounted pricing. Between overhead costs and price reductions, we are operating on a very thin profit margin, so we cannot continue offering heavily discounted pricing and also offer free shipping. As a compromise, we will be changing our pricing structure to a mildly discounted pricing system with free shipping to customers within the United States. We sincerely apologize to our customers outside the US, and we will be offering you an additional discount during checkout to “level the playing field.” Please know that we would offer free shipping to every customer in every country if we could, but to afford to remain in business, we simply cannot. These past few years have been very difficult times for anyone in the retail industry, and we hope you will continue use our online store for your sewing and quilting needs, and as a source of inspiration.

The prices you see on our site today will remain in effect until 9 am EST on Thursday, Feb 6, 2014. We will begin revising our pricing structure on that day and hope to be “live” with a free shipping option on Monday, 2/10/14.
