New Ruler Work Class!

 
 
I am so excited to announce that I have a new ruler work class called Ruler Work 103-Creating Stupendous Feathered Wreaths Using Rulers.  This is the feathered wreath we will make in class:

Yes, it’s complex but using rulers to create a feathered wreath is a big game changer!  This is but one of many gorgeous feathered wreath designs that can be created by starting with the Westalee Circles on Quilts templates and then swapping to a regular everyday arc ruler for part II of the ruler work framework.  Working this way allows you to create complex, compound spine designs and once you start, it’s hard not to keep coming up with all kinds of design ideas!  It’s much easier than you think to “force fit” your ruler work framework into circular shapes.

    Patsy, I love this! Is your Ruler work 103 class something you will translate to a Craftsy c!ass? And do have other workshop classes scheduled – I am thinking I would like to schedule some vacation and travel to one but the May and June dates have conflicts for me (mandatory class and a family wedding, so…). Must hoping…

    Ho Patsy! Hope you are some place where you are not up to your ears in snow. We had 12 inches yesterday…not great for a person with a cane😡. I, too, am wondering if this would be a Craftsy class? Hope so!

    Hi Patsy– Called Leabu Sewing Center in Ann Arbor yesterday and gave them my contact info for your class in June. Are you going to be doing the same class both days or something different each day? I would love to learn how to make these feathered wreaths. They are beautiful. Definitely need to consider this as a Craftsy class. Hope to see you in June, here in Michigan. Robbi Imhoff
